Independent Foundations, Intelligent Future — A Close-up of CEC Exhibition Area | World Intelligence Expo 2026
Date of Release:2026-05-29

Reporters recently visited the on-site booth preparation work for the World Intelligence Expo 2026 at Phase II of the National Convention & Exhibition Center (Tianjin). As a central state-owned enterprise, China Electronics Corporation (CEC) set up an oversized 4,320-square-meter achievement experience area in Hall N26 under the theme "Independent Foundations, Intelligent Future." Displaying nearly 300 exhibits in total, the area fully showcases CEC's latest achievements in independent innovation within the information technology sector.

At the QAX demonstration area in the CEC exhibition area, an AI face-swapping call simulation caught the reporter's attention. "The person you see on screen may not actually be someone you know — it could well be a scammer behind the scenes. What you are witnessing now is how AI technology can instantly swap facial images during live calls, tricking people into believing they are talking to their relatives, with both facial appearance and voice perfectly forged," explained Zhu Bin, Deputy Director of the General Department (Brand Department), Strategic Cooperation Division of CEC, as he operated the demonstration. In real time, the reporter's face on the screen was instantly transformed into that of a foreign celebrity.

"This demonstration highlights the critical importance of safeguarding AI security. As an affiliate of CEC, QAX specializes in cybersecurity services and provides endpoint security protection solutions for individual and enterprise users alike," Zhu Bin added.

The entire CEC exhibition area is divided into seven themed experience areas: Independent Innovation Achievements in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Integrated Circuits, Advanced Computing, Cybersecurity Informatization Industry, Manufacturing Services, and Digital Life. It gathers cutting-edge technologies and ecosystem development outcomes from nearly 30 subsidiaries, presenting a host of remarkable highlights: Phytium showcased its high-efficiency desktop CPU Tengrui D3000M and high-performance server CPU Tengyun S5000C-E; Kylin Software unveiled its new-generation all-scenario intelligent operating system Kylin 100, with the enterprise office intelligent agent Kylinbot making its debut; Great Wall launched the N90 Pro, the first domestic AI IT laptop supporting offline intelligent agent operation; Empyrean displayed its full-process EDA tools; DAMENG released the new-generation all-in-one database appliance DAMENG PAI V2.0, realizing full-stack domestic collaborative compatibility.

Besides, Chengdu Sino-Microelectronics Tech exhibited a 128GSPS ultra-high-speed ADC chip that fills the domestic market gap, while CEC Cloud Brain presented the consumer-grade sleep EEG headband Shengong-Xiyi.

During the expo, CEC will also host an Advanced Computing Exchange Meeting, releasing several joint innovation achievements by central state-owned enterprises. It will join hands with ecological partners to discuss technological breakthroughs, ecosystem co-construction, and industrial empowerment in the AI era.
