Tianjin Airlines Co., Ltd. was established on June 8, 2009, jointly funded by HNA Aviation Group Co., Ltd. and the Tianjin Municipal Government. It is based in Tianjin, the economic  center of the Bohai Rim region.The company has a fleet of 105 registered aircraft, including A330, A320, and E190 models, and has established overnight bases in 13 cities including Tianjin, Xi'an, Chongqing, Haikou, Guiyang, and Urumqi. It has been operating safely for 17 consecutive years, with over 3 million hours of safe flight, 165 million passengers transported, and a total of 389 domestic and international routes operated. It serves 147 cities and operates 10 international routes, including Tianjin=Xi'an=London, Chongqing=Sydney, Chongqing=London, Tianjin=Osaka, and Tianjin=Seoul.
