Yunzhanghu (Tianjin) Sharing Economy Information Consulting Co., Ltd. (“Yunzhanghu”) was founded in Tianjin in August 2016. The company provides end-to-end compliance solutions, professional tax and financial consulting, business compliance support, tax advisory and filing services, business insurance safety net, and policy advisory to workers in new forms of employment and enterprise clients. 

To date, Yunzhanghu has served over 120 million flexible workers and 37,000 enterprises, with users spanning 154 countries and regions.

Since April 2021, Yunzhanghu has recorded a net monthly increase of over one million users. Building on a service base of more than 120 million users, the company continues to maintain strong and sustained growth at scale.

In 2025, Yunzhanghu reported revenue of 127 billion yuan and tax contributions of 8.3 billion yuan. The company ranked 75th in China’s Top 500 Private Enterprises and 215th in China’s Top 500 Enterprises, and has ranked No.1 in tax contributions among private enterprises in Tianjin for three consecutive years.

In 2021, Yunzhanghu’s Party Committee was recognized as a “National Advanced Primary-Level Party Organization” by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Chairman YANG Hui was awarded “Outstanding Individual in National Poverty Alleviation” by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and serves as a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).

Yunzhanghu actively participates in shaping the legal and policy environment of the industry. Since 2021, the company has participated in annual legal research projects 14 times, entrusted by the Supreme People’s Court (SPC), the Supreme People’s Procuratorate (SPP), and the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) over five consecutive years. Notably, Yunzhanghu was the only entrusted private enterprise nine times, and the only entrusted business entity five times. These projects primarily focus on key issues such as the protection of the rights and interests of flexible workers. In January 2024, ZHAO Leji, Chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, visited Yunzhanghu to learn about its services for workers in new forms of employment. During the visit, Chairman YANG Hui briefed him on the company’s efforts in supporting employment for these workers and its legal and policy research related to new forms of employment.

In December 2025, Chairman YANG Hui was appointed as one of the first group of Specially Invited Administrative Law Enforcement Supervisors by the Ministry of Justice.
